Thank you for your interest in a program from UWC ISAK Japan.  Please visit our website to learn more about our High School* and our Short Programs.  


Step 1

Before you start the registration process, we recommend you to create a Gmail or Outlook account. 


Note: if you are using a Yahoo email account, school/company email account, or a local email service, you might have technical issues verifying your email address during the application process or receiving emails from our online application system.  


*If you already have a UWC ISAK Japan account on SurveyMonkey Apply (such as if you applied for UWC ISAK Japan Summer School), you do not need to create a new account. Please click “Log In” on the top right to begin.  


Step 2  

Create a new account using the green REGISTER button in the upper right corner of this page. Be sure to make a note of your password, as you will need it to log into your account in the future.  


Step 3  

Confirm your account and begin your application. 


You will receive an email with a link. (Check your spam/junk email folder if you do not receive the email.) Click on the link and you will be directed to the application page.

ステップ 1

新たにアカウントを作成される場合、Gmailまたは、Outlookご利用になることをお勧めいたします。


注：Yahoo!メールや、学校または会社のドメインを利用したメールアドレスを使用すると、メールアドレスの認証が出来ない場合がございます。

注：以前UWC ISAK Japanのサマースクール2021年に出願された方は、新たにアカウントの作成の必要はございません。ページ右上の“Log In”よりプロセスを開始しててください。


ステップ 2

今回、この出願システムを初めてご利用される方は、右上にある緑のREGISTERボタンより新規アカウント作成をしてください。


ステップ 3

アカウント作成後、登録したメールアドレスに認証用のメールが自動送信されます。そちらを認証し、アプリケーションを開始してください。


注：メールがスパムフォルダに入る可能性があります。承認メールが届かない場合は必ずスパムフォルダをご確認ください。
